Wild Bloom Design Studio is a small business offering digital templates and custom-printed party supplies including invitations, signs, games, and décor. We operate online and ship worldwide where possible.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You also agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during any purchase or account registration.

3. Products

We offer two main types of products:

Digital Templates

Editable templates delivered as instant digital downloads, designed for use with platforms such as Corjl, Canva, or similar editing tools. These are licensed for personal use only (see Section 8 for license details).

Printed & Shipped Products

Custom-printed physical goods including but not limited to signs, posters, invitations, thank-you cards, party games, table cards, and décor. These items are printed to order based on the details you provide at checkout.

We make every effort to display accurate product photos, colors, and descriptions. However, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitors, devices, and printing processes.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your cart at the prices displayed. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain errors, or violate these Terms.

Payment

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods offered at checkout via Shopify Payments and third-party processors
  • Payment is processed at the time of order
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted
  • You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or customs duties

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order — we reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be refunded in full.

Pricing & Errors

We do our best to ensure all prices and product details are accurate. In the event of a typographical error, pricing mistake, or incorrect product description, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on inaccurate information.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms for printed products are outlined in our Shipping Policy. In summary:

  • Printed products are made to order and typically require 5–10 business days for production before shipping
  • Shipping times vary by destination and carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Once an order is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer

Please order well in advance of your event to allow for production and delivery time.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our return and refund policy is detailed in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

  • Digital products: All sales are final
  • Printed products: Custom-made to order and non-refundable except in cases of damage in transit, printing defects, or our error
  • Cancellations: Must be requested within 2 hours of ordering, before production begins

7. Proof Approval for Custom Items

For certain items, we provide a digital proof before printing. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly review proofs for spelling, dates, colors, and layout. Once a proof is approved, Wild Bloom Design Studio is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof, and no refunds or reprints will be offered for such errors.

8. Intellectual Property & License to Use

All content on this Site — including but not limited to designs, graphics, templates, logos, text, photos, product descriptions, and the underlying code — is the exclusive property of Wild Bloom Design Studio and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

License for Digital Templates

When you purchase a digital template, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the design for your own event or occasion. This license does NOT allow you to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the template or any derivative works
  • Use the template for any commercial purpose (such as selling printed copies to others)
  • Modify the original template files and claim them as your own
  • Upload the template to any file-sharing website, marketplace, or template platform
  • Use the template as part of another template, design, or product for sale

License for Printed Products

Printed products are sold for personal use only. You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute the designs or images used on our printed products.

Fonts, Graphics & Third-Party Elements

Some templates and designs include licensed fonts, illustrations, or photos. These elements are licensed to Wild Bloom Design Studio and may not be extracted or used separately from the final product.

Copyright Violations

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs is a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action. We actively monitor for infringement and will pursue violations as necessary.

9. User-Submitted Content

When you place a custom order, you may submit text, names, dates, photos, or other content ("Customer Content") for us to incorporate into your product. By submitting Customer Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to use the content you submit
  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights
  • Your content does not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or harmful

You grant Wild Bloom Design Studio a limited license to use your Customer Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy, ownership, or legality of any Customer Content you provide.

If you submit photos (for example, for custom photo invitations), you confirm that you have permission from anyone pictured to use their image in this way.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Site or products for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You specifically agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on our intellectual property or that of any third party
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Site without written permission
  • Resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our products or designs

We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these restrictions.

11. Accuracy of Information

You agree that any information you provide to us (including shipping addresses, personalization details, dates, and spelling) is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for errors that result from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer. Always double-check your order details before submitting.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (such as payment processors, shipping carriers, printing partners, and editing platforms like Corjl and Canva). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Disclaimer

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Bloom Design Studio, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or event-related damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
